Shipping policy

The customer agrees with the fact that, from the moment the product has been delivered, all the logistics of the same become the responsibility of the Post Office or Carrier contracted at the end of the purchase. The delivery time displayed in the order is estimated by the system and may change during its journey without prior notice. In case there is any unforeseen event in your order. Please note that free shipping is in some products, not all. Products that are free will be on display at checkout. If the customer wishes to receive their order in a shorter period or from a specific carrier, we always provide another shipping method for you to choose from (if your region offers the service). OBS: All deliveries are subject to the restrictions and delivery policies of the Post office.

All orders are handled and shipping out from Rockhampton ,QLD. Order will be processed between Monday and Friday, within 24-72 business hours from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day.
